The ZR-I Uterine Thermotherapy Device is a new type of thermotherapy device. This device is primarily used to treat symptoms of menorrhagia, and its core components include a treatment gun and a disposable treatment tip. This paper focuses on the structure and operating principles of this new device and conducts a systematic thermal analysis of the treatment gun. The analysis focuses on heat source distribution, heat conduction pathways, temperature control accuracy, and thermal safety. Through theoretical analysis, finite element simulation, and experimental validation, this study evaluates the thermal response characteristics of the treatment gun during a 126-second treatment cycle and their impact on treatment efficacy. The results indicate that the ZR-I treatment gun exhibits good thermal stability and temperature control accuracy within the range of 110°C to 132°C, enabling uniform thermal ablation of the endometrium and demonstrating high clinical value. This paper also compares the device with similar products both domestically and internationally, discussing its technical advantages and areas for improvement.
