Abstract

As a mainstream renewable energy transport, electric vehicle (EV) has drawn wide attention. The charging station is an important supporting infrastructure for EV development. EV can get essential energy supply and maintenance service for daily run in charging station. Besides, its reasonable construction helps the market operation of EV, thereby the scientific planning of charging station siting is of great significance. Currently, the relatively hysteretic charging facilities of EVs have become the bottlenecks which restricted the development of EV industry, how to quickly build a number of charging stations and carry out other ancillary services is an extremely urgent task. This paper establishes a Site Evaluation System, by using AHP method to determine the weight of evaluation indexes. Then it builds fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model combined with multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, this model is applied to evaluate a certain charging station planning of EVs. Conclusion shows that this model can improve the scientificity of charging station siting.
